Happy April Guys!
So I am really happy to be talking about the Revlon Colourburst Matte Balm Lip Crayons!
I picked three of this collection up the other day! Its the end of the month for me so I’m on a budget (which sucks) Luckily for me it was 3 for 2 in boots so that made me a lot happier! I picked up the lip crayons in Complex, Elusive and Sultry, and i got to say I’m a little obsessed with all three! I don’t often wear lipstick during the day as I’m either at work but I’ve been wearing these a lot more than usual!
(Left to Right) Complex – Elusive – Sultry
I love all three of these colours they’re practical and perfect for every day wear! I love the formula of these too! Unlike other lip crayons i feel these hydrate my lips more and feel more like a good quality lipstick and they don’t turn glossy they stay matte! I wore the Sultry one the other day and i didn’t have to reapply once! Which absolutely amazed me! I’m used to applying my lippy more times than I blink during the day so it was really nice that I didn’t have to apply this one constantly! I also love the way that it disguises the rest of the crayon when i originally looked at the packaging i thought ‘Oh no there is no button or twisty thing I’ll run out in no time! turns out this was a very blonde moment of mine) The twisty part of the packaging is actually the silver part at the end of the balm! I got to admit I think my favourite is Sultry I love deep colours and this to me is like a subtle deep red and I am absolutely in love with this colour! It was the first one which i picked up and I will definitely be repurchasing this one when i run out! Another thing that i love about them is the smell! To me they smell a little minty and this really appeals to me as i love the smell of mint smelling things, well its more a spearmint smell! These retail in boots for £7.99 which I find is an amazing price as they are good quality and i have nothing to fault about them! I will definitely be buying the rest of the collection when pay day comes!!
Have you tried the Revlon Matte Balm yet? What colours your favourite?
